چکیده

abstract: In this paper we describe the thin layer chromatographic separation of eight of the most frequently used benzodiazepine derivates (alprazolam, bromazepam, chlorazepate potassium, chlordiazepoxide, diazepam, nitrazepam, oxazepam) and their degradation products after acid hydrolysis. Our aim was not only to develop a simple, rapid and efficient method for their separation but also the optimization of the analytical conditions. Using silicagel GF254 as stationary phase and selecting six different mobile we succeeded in the separation of the studied benzodiazepines. Each benzodiazepine can be separated from the others by using an appropriate mobile phase. Any of the benzodiazepines can be identified by combining the results obtained with different mobile phases.

Thin-layer chromatographic specification and separation of Cu(1+), Cu(2+), Ni(2+), and Co(2+) cations.

The M(PyDTC)(2) (M: Cu, Co, or Ni) and CuPyDTC complexes, prepared by reactions of ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate with metal nitrates, are examined for qualitative analysis, speciation, and mutual separation using thin-layer chromatography systems. These complexes and their mixtures are spotted to the activated and non-activated thin layers of silica gel 60GF(254) (Si-60GF(254)) with a 250...

Modeling of thin-layer chromatographic separation of androstane isomers

Modeling of thin-layer chromatographic separation of androstane isomers to find the optimum mobile phase is described in this paper. The isomers of androstane are present in a variety of samples, so achieving their optimum thin-layer chromatographic separation is very important. A mathematical model was developed and tested. The model takes into account the interaction between solvents and uses...

Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography of 1,4-Benzodiazepine Derivates and their Degradation Products

The aim of this work is to elaborate a fast and reliable capillary electrophoresis method, for the separation of 1,4-benzodiazepine (BZD) derivates and their degradation products in acidic medium and in UV light. Because BZDs are neutral, hydrophobic compounds, the most efficient method proved to be micellar elektrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC). For the separation we used a sodium tet...

Separation of 1,4-benzodiazepine Derivates by Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography Using Cyclodextrines as Buffer Modifiers

The applicability of micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) for the separation of benzodiazepine (BZD) derivates with different structural characteristics has been studied. Efforts were first focused on the optimization of the analytical conditions, on the effects of buffer concentration, surfactant concentration and buffer pH on the separation. To manipulate selectivity of the...
